End User License Agreement

This agreement applies if you install, enable, or use lensvale software, including any browser extension or related component.

This agreement is a general draft only. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before it is used with a software product or browser extension.

Your license

Provided that you follow this agreement, lensvale gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software as intended.

Limits on use

You may not distribute, rent, sublicense, alter, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the software, unless applicable law specifically allows a particular activity.

Updates and termination

We may deliver updates for security, functionality, or compatibility. You can stop using the software by removing it. The license ends automatically if you do not comply with this agreement.

Disclaimer

The software is offered “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, lensvale disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
